Creating an account
An account is needed to get started with the cloud platform and attached devices.
Lightbug accounts are shared across all Lightbug interfaces.
Registration
First, navigate to the login page.
Click SIGN UP.
And the registration form will appear.
Enter your details in the registration form.
And click REGISTER.
If you have entered valid details, you should find yourself at the start of the onboarding process.
Onboarding
The onboarding process is shown after initial account creation.
Adding a device
It will guide you through the steps of adding your first device to your account.
Swipe the screen, or click the NEXT button to proceed through the onboarding process.
The first screen tells you some useful initial information about a core device.

The second screen allows you to add your first device.
Enter the serial number of your device into the input field, and click REGISTER.
ℹ️ Information
Hint: If you have Bluetooth enabled while using the Lightbug App, it will automatically detect the device serial number and fill it in for you.
You will then be asked to select a currency for your account, before you can choose a plan for your device.
After selecting a currency, you can choose a plan for your device.
You can find details of each plan, and also buy them in bulk from the shop.
If your account already has purchased plans assigned to it, you'll be able to select one of those plans.
They will be displayed in this list, showing how many months have been paid for.
After selecting a plan, if payment details are not yet attached to your account, you will be asked to enter them.
Successful payment and plan activation will take you to the last page of the onboarding process.
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the onboarding process and activate your device.

Once a device has been added to the account, you'll be taken to the main interface of the cloud platform and shown a quick guide on how to use it.
